Made from traditional herbs long used in Neapolitan cuisine including rosemary, marjoram, thyme, garlic and sage. Pairs well with our Garlic Olive Oil, and any of our smoky Olive oils. Try in your Caesar salad dressing in place of Worcestershire sauce with our Sicilian Lemon Balsamic and Garlic and Lemon olive oils.
