Shipping Methods We currently use Canada Post and other trusted courier services such as DHL, Purolator and Canpar for all shipments.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Free Shipping Offers

• We offer free local delivery on orders over $75 within our local delivery area.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $135 for deliveries within Canada (Excluding Nunavut & Yukon).

Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders within Canada generally arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping is not yet available.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using this number on the Canada Post or courier service website.

Shipping Costs for Returns If you need to return an item due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
