Made with UP Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil, this oil contains a delicious combination of fresh, herbaceous sage with an array of savoury, wild mushrooms including Cremini, Shitake, and Porcini. The result is a rich, savoury infused oil that can be used in many applications. Try stirring in a few drops into cream of mushroom soup, drizzle over risotto or roasted potatoes, use in poultry stuffing, pour over vegetables, and use in aioli. Pair with Sicilian lemon white balsamic, or traditional dark balsamic.
