Thank you, Lone, for this delicious creation! Featuring our Persian Lime Olive Oil and Ultra Premium Olive Oil, this hummus is a refreshing twist on a classic. With just six simple ingredients, it’s incredibly easy to make—and SO good!
We love how versatile it is—perfect with tortilla chips, rice crackers, or fresh veggies. It’s bright, zesty, and completely different from traditional hummus. And if you’re a cilantro lover like me, a little garnish on top takes it to the next level!
1/4 cup Persian Lime Olive Oil
2 tbsp Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 large Beet (peeled and roasted)
1 Head of Garlic (roasted and cloves removed from skin)
1 can Chickpeas (with most of the liquid)
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Peel and quarter beets, toss in 1 1/2 tbsp Ultra Premium Olive Oil. Wrap in foil or place in a small, heavy oven-safe dish with a lid.
Slice the head of garlic in half (across all the cloves), drizzle with 1/2 tbsp Ultra Premium Olive Oil, put back together, and wrap in foil.
